Private Investigator Gilbert Quinonez served more than 30 years as a Police Officer. Retired, he now performs private defense investigations. During his police career, he conducted over 1000 DUI investigations, including the investigation of complex vehicular manslaughter cases. He also supervised the Crime Lab.
